Sake Cup Heavy
It is heavier than fat the muscle?

Well, if the book is a book everyone has this. But given the same volume of muscle is heavier than fat. (Use your own example, a cup, a bucket, etc) I know this sounds silly, but go more muscle than fat google and see the great debate on lol the Internet. My question is: when a weight of 2 materials do you use the same volume for the two materials? Example …. If I wanted to see if the gas is lighter than water, not use the same cup or container (volume) to measure the weight of two liquids? So I guess my question is, is not a standard unit of volume used to measure two items for comparison?

Muscle is more dense than fat. Most people say that muscle is heavier than fat, actually are saying about density, not weight. And yes, as you say, most people speak the same volume of fat or muscle. That does not make use of the word "weight" correctly however. You can compare the weight of two objects, but not two substances (unless you set the volume in this case, we compare the density). I think this whole muscle vs the weight of fat out of the people are very concerned about the weight the only criterion to try to reduce body fat. Two people can have the same height and weight, but may be thinner than others, because he has more muscle and less fat than others.
